available at the Tournament sites with limited availability.

Due to liability and insurance retrictions, no grilling
or cooking of items will be permitted at the facility,
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this
request.
A team trophy
will be award to each Tournament age group play-off Champion and
Runner- up.
Pre-game arrival – start time: All teams are
expected to arrive at game site at least 45 minutes prior to the
start of the game. Games will start earlier when possible.
No in-field practice/warm-up:
The first pitch of each scheduled game is expected to
be thrown on time (unless delayed due to previous game or weather
delay ) and a game could start as early as 15 minutes before the
scheduled start of the game. 5 minutes prior to scheduled start
time, coaches and umpires shall meet at home plate to review ground
rules, exchange line-up cards, etc.
Baseballs: During tournament play each
team is required to provide three (3) new, AAU approved age
appropriate baseball per game. The balls are to be presented to the
Umpire-in-Chief ( Home Plate umpire ) prior to the start of each
game. Please note, each team will
designate a coach responsible for the retrieval of all balls hit out
of play on their side of the playing field.
On-site Tournament Coordinator / Tournament Director:
During the Tournament, a Tournament Coordinator and/or Tournament
Director can be accessed through the staff at the concession stands.
