Welcome to The Strike Zone, Worcester's premier indoor baseball and softball training facility, now celebrating our 22nd year! With over 10,000 square feet of training space, we offer 8 retractable cage tunnels, pitching mounds, and advanced training equipment to help you reach your goals. Our friendly staff is to supporting you whether you're training solo or with a team, ensuring you have a great experience while honing your skills. Plus, our expert instructors, including current college coaches, are here to provide specialized training in hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding to elevate your game to the next level

Zone Select AAU Baseball is a premier development program for dedicated U9-U14 players aiming to compete at a high level. Our teams compete in top-tier AAU tournaments to provide high-level instruction and elite competition.
Our Winter Development Program replaces wasted summer innings with real growth. From December through March, players train in a structured, college-style system focused on arm health, advanced hitting, and live reps that build confidence for high school tryouts.
Zone Select Fall Baseball is a competitive program for high school players with J & varsity experience who are serious about playing at the next level. All coaching staff are committed to each athlete’s growth on and off the field.
