Cancellation Policy

We understand that conflicts come up. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in a forfeited session. We’ll always do our best to accommodate make-ups when possible—just communicate early so we can keep your development on track.
